As a courageous parent, our family’s health is one of my main concerns. One of the reasons I am home is to support the healing process of my oldest son who has PANS. As I have researched and learned, I have come to understand that good health is a holistic process. Yes, there are times when it is appropriate to administer an antibiotic or pursue a medical treatment such as IVIG, but the bottom line is that I must address the whole body to really get at solutions. Physical Ailment Remedies
gargle with salt water,
drink a hot cup of throat coat tea or lemon juice and honey
add any of the following essential oils to a glass of water and drink – lemon, peppermint, oregano, lavender, or melaleuca
rub 1 drop each of peppermint and spearmint essential oils into the palm of your hands and bring them to your nose and inhale deeply or diffuse peppermint and spearmint.in a bowl of hot water or a diffuser and inhale deeply
